Campsites in Arzúa
If you run a campsite in Arzúa, this is not a hotel product with pitches bolted on: it is built from the map of the grounds, with the pitches, the amps and the cabins you actually have.

The map below is live: change the date, click a pitch and look at its record. It is a replica of the screen reception works with, using data from a made-up campsite.
In Arzúa
You do not pick your campsite from a catalogue of templates: you draw it over your own plan or over the aerial photo, with the numbering your front desk already uses. One afternoon is enough for a hundred pitches.
Guest reports to SES.Hospedajes, the INE occupancy survey, VeriFactu invoicing and the regional tourist tax where there is one. Without paying for separate platforms.
862
campsites operating in Spain. A small, very specific market where no two sites are alike.
154,720
pitches that someone has to number, price, sell and clean every day of the season.
49.75 M
overnight stays a year, with an average stay of 4.7 days and a lot of turnover.
64 %
of the business packed into four months. Which is why closed months should not be billed.
Figures from Spain’s INE, 2025, and sector revenue estimates from DBK.
The starting point
A campsite is not a hotel with grass. Almost every product on the market was built for hotel rooms and then tried to squeeze pitches into that shape. It shows the moment the season starts.
A pitch has square metres, amps, shade and a specific position on the site. Two pitches of the same type are not worth the same if one backs onto the toilets and the other faces the pool. Hotel software cannot represent that.
Adults, children by age band, a dog, two cars, a motorhome, metered electricity. A campsite rate is a sum, not a number.
64 % of the sector’s overnight stays fall in summer. In August the system has to cope with a full desk, and in January it should not cost the same as in August.
Hired in June for three months, with no technical background and sometimes without Spanish as a first language. If the software needs a training course, the software is wrong.
What sets us apart
Upload the plan you already have or the satellite view, and draw on top: zones, roads, pitches, cabins. The grid tool generates forty identical pitches at once, numbered. A hundred-unit campsite is drawn in an afternoon.
The guest report goes to SES.Hospedajes on its own when check-in closes. The statistics survey is filled in from your own data. Invoices are signed and chained in line with VeriFactu. The tourist tax is calculated with your region’s exemptions.
Half of Spain closes in winter. Paying twelve monthly fees for a business that opens five makes no sense: you suspend us in October and reactivate us in March, with no lock-in and no penalty.
The site editor
Upload the plan you already have — a PDF from the original project, a photo of the board at the entrance — or switch on satellite imagery over the real coordinates, and draw on top. Zones first: everything inside them inherits their rate and cancellation policy. Then one sample pitch, and the grid tool multiplies it: five rows by eight columns, with the spacing you choose and the numbering already applied.
For rows that follow a curved road, draw the polyline and distribute the units along it, each rotated to match. That is the difference between two days of work and ten minutes.
A Tuesday in August
Everything below happens on the same screen, without switching programs or opening a government website.
Fourteen departures, nine arrivals and three pitches turning over the same day, flagged so housekeeping goes to those first. No cross-referencing three lists: it is painted onto the site.
You close the stay from the pitch itself, the account is settled including what they had at the bar, and the pitch moves to awaiting cleaning. The list on housekeeping’s phone updates without anyone using a radio.
You search for gaps from today to Sunday in the motorhome area, the system suggests the spots that leave the fewest unsellable single days, and you choose. The price comes from the season and the amperage.
You read the ID with the camera, the occupants are filled in, the contract is signed on the tablet and the report goes to SES.Hospedajes. If the Ministry does not answer, it stays queued and retries: nobody has to remember.
You open the fault report from the pitch with a photo. The two affected units come out of the sales pool automatically until maintenance closes it, so reception cannot sell them by mistake.
Cash-up by user and point of sale, cash and card reconciliation, and the day’s invoices already recorded and filed. Tomorrow your accountant can download the month without asking you for anything.
Reception
Front-desk staff at a campsite are hired in June for three months, often with no technical background and sometimes without Spanish as a first language. If the software needs a training course, the software is wrong. That is why almost all daily work happens by clicking a pitch on the map.
No long passwords at a desk with a queue. Everyone signs in with their PIN and everything they do is recorded under their name.
Check-in can happen at the barrier and housekeeping carries the day’s list in a pocket. The screen is built to be readable with August sun straight on it.
Reception can check guests in and take payment with the line down, and it syncs when the connection returns. At a rural campsite this is not optional.
Plus English and French for seasonal staff, who often arrive from abroad and start work the same day.
Compliance
Without paying separately for one platform to file guest reports, another for the statistics office and another to invoice. This is what European and generic products cover worst.
When check-in closes, the report is assembled from every occupant’s details and sent to the Ministry of the Interior’s web service. Rejected submissions stay in a queue with the reason for the error and are retried; the panel shows which bookings have been reported and which have not.
The monthly campsite occupancy survey is filled in from the overnight stays, capacity and origins already in the system. You review it before sending, but nothing has to be typed in by hand.
Every invoice generates a record with a chained hash and a verification QR code, and is submitted to the tax agency. The deadline was postponed by Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 to January 2027 for companies and July 2027 for sole traders, but the system is already compliant: there will be nothing to change when the date arrives.
What is inside
The first five are the core a campsite needs to leave its current software behind. The rest arrives in phases, and the phases are published so you know what exists today and what does not.
Your real site, drawn by you and used as the daily control panel.
Planner, calendar and map on the same availability engine.
From a price per pitch to a price per person, age, vehicle and amperage.
Customer record, occupants, documents and signature.
A running account during the stay and settlement on departure.
Your direct channel, commission-free and with pitch selection on the real map.
A website with no app and no sign-up, entered by QR.
Shop, bar and reception charging to the pitch.
Field work, from the phone and without paper.
The barrier queries the CRM, not a spreadsheet.
The season-long regular, with their contract and their receipts.
One calendar for every portal.
Who it is for
Pitches, cabins and mobile homes sharing the same grounds, with seasons, permanent pitch holders and a desk that cannot keep up in August.
High turnover, one or two-night stays, plenty of walk-ins and plate-based access control. The part that automates best.
Few units, high prices and a guest expecting hotel treatment. Here the guest portal and the own booking engine carry the weight.
One shared console, invoicing kept separate per establishment, and comparison between them without exporting anything by hand.
How you start
Changing software is daunting, and rightly so. This is the whole path, and none of the steps happens in August.
1
Half an hour to understand how you work today, what you use and what hurts. If we are not a fit, we say so there and then and neither of us wastes time.
2
From whatever plan you have, even a photo of the board at the entrance. You see it finished before deciding anything.
3
Customers, stay history, pitches and rates from your current software or from spreadsheets. Done out of season, never in August.
4
One live session and short videos by task. The goal is that whoever starts in June is self-sufficient on day one.
5
With extra support in the first weeks, which is when the real questions turn up.
Questions
We bring it across. We work with exports from the desktop products most common in the sector and with spreadsheets: customers, stay history, pitches and rates. It is done out of season, because nobody should be migrating in August.
Reception can still check guests in and take payment with the connection down; when the line comes back, it syncs. At a rural campsite this is not an extra, it is a requirement.
One morning. That is the criterion the reception screen is designed around: someone starting in June for three months has to be self-sufficient on day one. Almost all daily work happens on the map, by clicking the pitch.
No. You can keep selling by phone, through the usual portals or through your current website. The engine is there because that is where a campsite stops paying commission, but it is optional.
On your direct channel, no. That is a deliberate difference from some competitors, who charge between one and three euros per booking. What the portals sell, the portals charge for — that is not up to us.
You tell us the months the campsite does not open and those months are not charged. Your data stays there and you can log in to prepare the season, take bookings and close the year’s accounts. Billing resumes when you do.
It depends on the number of accommodation units and the modules you need. We give you a firm quote in the demo itself, with no small print: no lock-in, no setup fee and no commission on your direct bookings.
The core is: map, bookings, rates, check-in with SES.Hospedajes and invoicing. The remaining modules arrive in phases, and the phases are published on the product page so you know exactly what exists today and what does not. We prefer that to overpromising.
