CRM Campings

Product

Everything comes off the same map

A campsite is not a hotel with pitches: you sell by the square metre, you charge per person, vehicle and amp, and you run it on foot around the grounds. These are the modules, and which phase each one arrives in.

Phase 1

Core

The minimum a campsite needs to leave its current software: draw the site, sell, take payment and comply.

Site map and editor

Your real site, drawn by you and used as the daily control panel.

  • Polygon, grid and arc drawing
  • Bulk duplication and renumbering
  • Live status per unit
  • View of any future date
  • Map versioning by season

Bookings and availability

Planner, calendar and map on the same availability engine.

  • Database-level locking, no overbooking
  • Group and multi-pitch bookings
  • Waiting list with notification
  • Minimum stays and arrival days
  • Full change history per booking

Rates and seasons

From a price per pitch to a price per person, age, vehicle and amperage.

  • Unlimited seasons resolved by priority
  • Configurable age bands
  • Long-stay discounts
  • Metered electricity
  • Copy the rate card to next year

Check-in and guests

Customer record, occupants, documents and signature.

  • Document scanning with the camera
  • Pre-check-in by link before arrival
  • Contract signed on tablet or phone
  • Vehicles, plates and pets
  • No document images stored

Invoicing and payments

A running account during the stay and settlement on departure.

  • VeriFactu record with hash and QR
  • Series per point of issue
  • Credit notes and deposits
  • Cash, card terminal, Bizum, card
  • Cash-up per shift and user

Phase 2

Direct sales

Selling without intermediaries and taking work off reception by handing it to the guest.

Own booking engine

Your direct channel, commission-free and with pitch selection on the real map.

  • Search box embedded in your website
  • The guest picks their exact pitch
  • Full payment, deposit or pay on arrival
  • Nine languages
  • Your colours, your logo, your domain

Guest portal

A website with no app and no sign-up, entered by QR.

  • Check the stay and the balance
  • Open the barrier
  • Card payment from the phone
  • Activities and restaurant menu
  • Report a problem on the pitch

Phase 3

Operations

The field work: the shop, housekeeping, breakdowns, the barrier and the season-long regular.

POS and points of sale

Shop, bar and reception charging to the pitch.

  • Catalogue with VAT per product
  • Stock control and alerts
  • Orders and table map
  • Equipment hire by the hour
  • Close per point of sale

Housekeeping and maintenance

Field work, from the phone and without paper.

  • Daily list built from departures
  • Same-day turnovers first
  • Configurable checklist with photos
  • Faults that pull the unit from sale
  • Scheduled preventive tasks

Access control

The barrier queries the CRM, not a spreadsheet.

  • Lookup by number plate
  • Opening by QR and by PIN
  • Supplier allowlist
  • Schedules per zone
  • Full record of every entry

Season pitch holders

The season-long regular, with their contract and their receipts.

  • Seasonal and annual contracts
  • SEPA direct debit runs and arrears control
  • Guests with a limit and excess billed
  • Individual electricity metering
  • Renewal and waiting list

Phase 4

Growth

Distribution, marketing and everything that depends on already having a season of data inside.

Channel manager

One calendar for every portal.

  • Pitchup, ACSI and Camping.info
  • Booking.com and Airbnb
  • iCal import
  • Inventory reserved per channel
  • Performance and commission per channel

Requirements you cannot see but do notice

What has to survive an August

These are service commitments, not a wish list: if the system fails, it fails in August with the desk full.

Aspect Commitment
Availability99.5 % minimum. Maintenance windows never between 15:00 and 21:00, nor in high season.
SpeedA 300-unit map in under a second and a half. An availability search in under half a second.
OfflineReception can check guests in and take payment with the line down, and it syncs on return. At a rural campsite this is not optional.
Mobile and tabletAll daily operations. Editing the map is done on a computer or a large tablet.
LanguagesSpanish and Catalan in the first release; English and French for seasonal staff.
LegibilityContrast and type size built for a desk with August sun on the screen.
DataIn the European Union, isolated per campsite, with a daily backup and a full export whenever you ask for it.
